Bend your knees if you want, relax your head, neck and shoulders. Swing your hands and take 5 long breaths. Now, slowly get back to the standing position.Alternate nostril breathing :
This is magical thing to practice every day. It balances your breath and brings calmness to your mind.
Sit down comfortably. Inhale through both nostrils, close your right nostril using your thumb and exhale through the left one. Now repeat the same with another nostril. Do this at least 10 times and then allow both your nostrils to breathe.Viparita Karani – The Legs-up-the-wall pose :
Keeping your legs at a higher position than your heart helps the circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid around the body. This pose is super relaxing for the nervous system.
This pose is exactly what the name suggests. You need to lie on the ground on your back. Put your legs up the wall. You can also keep a pillow under your head and your hips to feel fully supported. All you need to do is to simply stay in this pose for 5-10 minutes.Chakravakasana – The Cat-cow pose :
This asana is very easy to practice and ease pressure on the back.
You can practice it easily. Go on your hands and knees. Keep your shoulders straight over your wrists and make sure that your hips are straight over your knees. When you inhale, tilt your tailbone up and roll your shoulders back as you soften your belly towards the mat, sending your gaze up.
While exhaling, draw your belly up towards your spine and round your back towards the ceiling, tucking your tailbone under and sending your gaze towards your thighs. Repeat the same 10 times.Parivrtta anjaneyasana – The Low lunge twist:
Twists are fantastic for getting the gut moving because they gently compress the abdomen.

Stay in this position for 5 breaths. Now repeat the same on the other side. This asana helps you relieve constipation.Virabhadrasana II – The Warrior 2 pose :
This asana is highly recommended to all, especially in the current lockdown times. The soul yoga team considers the warrior 2 pose to be helpful as walking and jogging are good for bones. This pose helps in strengthening the muscles and bones when practiced for at least 5 breaths.
